Marble is an extremely hard calcareous stone which can be found in white, pink, black, yellowish or greenish hues with a characteristic pattern. It is formed by a combination of intense heat and pressure, which leads to the metamorphosis of limestone and other carbon-rich rock buried deep within the earth.

A magnificent natural stone with a Mediterranean and Oriental feel. Its characteristic marbling effect and its intense patterns and veining bring all of the expressiveness and elegance of nature to light.

Marble is much-favoured nowadays for flooring and stairways, tiles and facades. It is also frequently used by architects and stonemasons in the creation of statues, headstones and fountains.
